On October 10, 2010, Steph Aiello’s life changed forever. Just one day before she was set to fulfill her dream of attending cosmetology school, she was involved in a devastating car accident. While driving home to California from Las Vegas, she dozed off at the wheel, causing her car to veer off the road. Although she survived the crash, Steph was left paralyzed from the chest down with limited mobility in her hands.

Despite this life-altering accident, Steph has defied the odds and built an extraordinary career in the beauty industry. She made history as the first wheelchair model for Ulta Beauty and has partnered with iconic brands such as Maybelline New York and Fenty Beauty. Her inspiring journey and groundbreaking achievements have been featured in major publications, including People Magazine, Teen Vogue, and PopSugar.

Steph is also a proud Wings for Life Ambassador Captain, dedicated to raising awareness and advocating for a future where spinal cord injuries can be cured. Through her vibrant and authentic presence on TikTok and Instagram (@uwalk_iglide), she shares her story with warmth, resilience, and joy, offering hope and encouragement to anyone overcoming challenges.

With creativity, advocacy, and determination, Steph Aiello is gliding through life with purpose and resilience. She proves that limits are meant to be pushed, barriers are meant to be broken, and hope is one of the most powerful forces for change.
